SPORTS MASSAGE & ASSISTED STRETCHING
I offer two types of treatments designed to help you move better, recover faster, and feel your best.
Sports Massage session uses targeted massage techniques to release tight muscles, ease tension, and support recovery from training, desk work, or day-to-day aches. It’s not just for athletes — anyone who struggles with stiffness, soreness, or muscle fatigue can benefit.
• 30 minutes: Focus on 1-2 area of concern
• 60 minutes: Work on 2–3 areas
• 90 minutes: areas of concern or Full body (except foot, head, facial)
Mobility & Recovery session combines sports massage with assisted stretching — a guided technique where I gently move and stretch your body for you. This helps release deeper tightness, improve flexibility, and restore range of motion in ways self-stretching can’t. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a full reset for your body.
• 60 minutes: 30 min massage + 30 min stretching (1–2 focus areas, for example Neck and shoulder)
• 90 minutes: 60 min massage + 30 min stretching (2–4 focus areas, Upper body/Lower body)
(Massage/stretching balance can be adjusted to suit your needs.)

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR SESSION
01. Assessment
I will ask you about any areas of pain / discomfort / muscle stiffness you may be experiencing. I may also perform a physical assessment to evaluate your range of motion, areas of tension, flexibility.
02. Treatment
The session focuses on specific muscle groups that are experiencing pain / discomfort / stiffness. Always begins with warming each area, then work more deeply to break down knots and tension in muscles.
03. Communication
Throughout the session, I will check in with you to ensure the pressure and technique being used are comfortable. Let me know if you’re experiencing any pain or discomfort before, during or after your treatment or if you have any pre-existing conditions - This will help me tailor massage and stretching to your specific needs.
04. Aftercare
I will go over post-massage care with you. I may also give you stretches/exercise to maintain the benefits of the session.
